This is a GREAT post!

Its not surprising that most of these trends for 2011 are customer-centric. In fact, a lot of what you're predicting we're seeing now, like #1 for example. At the same time, it's hard to imagine that the determination of value was EVER out of the hands of the consumer.

These are all very customer focused trends, as they should be. The customer is who drives our business, no matter the industry. So to focus goals around them only seems natural.
