    I think this is a great list of ten ideas! Perfectly said. I’d might add one more “Grow a thick skin”. Most corporate blogs want to control the message and the brand – but when they come into the blogosphere, they have to realize they have to relinquish some control (not all) in order to gain any traction.

    They also have to realize they have to accept the bad feedback with the good feedback. They should also embrace the bad feedback as an opportunity to create a passionate ambassador if handled properly.
